Jira is the most popular task management tool in Denmark. It is used by organizations that work agile but also by organizations that use traditional project and portfolio management. In these organizations, typically, one or more people are the day-to-day administrators of the tool. It may be that the knowledge of the tools is self-taught or that you have taken one or more Atlassian courses at Teknologisk or elsewhere. Together with aety, Teknologisk offers a comprehensive course that leads to an internationally accredited certification, namely Jira Administration for Data Center and Server (ACP-100) or Jira Administration for Cloud (ACP-120).

This certification is globally recognized and gives you proof of your competencies and new knowledge you can use in your daily work.
Participant profile
This certification course is for people who have worked as a Jira administrator or superuser for at least 2 years. Alternatively, you can be a newly appointed Jira administrator, but extra time spent on self-study is expected here.

The certification course consists several standard courses combined with group work and certification preparation.
Day 1 project management with Jira

Between courses
After the administrator course, you meet in groups to review exercises and relevant documentation
Day 4 Certification preparation
A day is held focusing on preparation for the Jira administrator certification. On this day, any questions will be answered and we will review a number of examples of questions for the test.
Day 5 Certification
On the day the certification is held, 2 hours are allocated, and the certification takes place on the premises of Teknologisk.
The certification has an average pass rate of 50% and 65% on the first time on two attempts. There are two trials included in the course.
